I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Easy! Just go to your LOGIN page and click change password to reset. A message will appear prompting you to enter the e-mail address associated with your account. Your username will be e-mailed to the e-mail address on file.
I’m having video playback problems. What are the minimum requirements to view NLMastery?
The minimum requirements to view our video programs are:
- High-speed WiFi connection or…
- Hard-wired, high-speed Internet connection – Click to test network speed
- Web browser
- Audio speakers
- MS Word, PDF, and Excel installed on your computer to view documents
- Recommend disabling browser pop-up blockers
- Recommend quitting all other running applications
- Recommend stopping other downloads, software updates, virus scans and disk optimizations
Video Player Tips
- To start/stop, click the play/pause button in the player.
- To fast-forward or rewind, move the control slider in the progress bar at the bottom of the video.
- To view fullscreen mode, click the fullscreen icon in the lower right corner.
- To adjust the sound volume, move the volume slider in lower right corner.
