Rob is a Managing Partner and Senior Director of Training and Development for Next Level Exchange. Rob comes from MRINetwork™ Corporate where he served as the Chief Learning Officer, responsible for all training and sales development of more than 1,100 offices worldwide.
Previously Rob was with the Acclivus Corporation, an international performance development company. He has facilitated the Acclivus curriculum on six continents and is part of the Acclivus team responsible for global relationships with companies as diverse as Dell Inc., Accenture, Hitachi Vantara, KPMG Consulting, NASDAQ, Rehrig Pacific Company, Recruit Holdings Ltd, Japan, Shell Energy, and Comcast/NBC Universal. Rob is currently a licensed facilitator for Acclivus Train the Trainer programs worldwide.
Rob’s knowledge of the search industry comes from 12 years with Merritt Hawkins and Associates, now part of AMN Healthcare. Rob served as Vice President of Corporate Business Development.
He is a licensed facilitator for Stephen Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and Patrick Lencioni’s The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Rob holds master certifications in Consultative Selling, Performance Coaching, Advanced Sales Negotiation, Strategic Client Communication, and Major Account Planning u0026amp; Strategy.
Rob is a keynote speaker and facilitator at continuing education seminars in the areas of business to business sales execution with a focus on collaborative client development, team effectiveness and performance management.

Managing Partner, Senior Director of Marketing Communications
Darren McDougal is a Managing Partner with Next Level Mastery, Kaye/Bassman International, Next Level Exchange and Sanford Rose Associates International, directing the brand, digital marketing and online lead generation for the firms.
With over 30 years of marketing and technology experience in corporate communications, broadcast, online and print mediums, Darren oversees the Next Level Exchange/Mastery brand and offerings, including the production, delivery and marketing of the firm’s online products, services and learning programs. He delivers a unique blend of experience in branding, media and digital marketing which directly drives revenue.
Darren also consults in helping forward-thinking firms grow with digital marketing and strategic business development/lead generation. His marketing career began in 1988 in a Fortune 500 retail firm. Then in 1993, Darren founded the MCD Group, providing broadcast media production and consulting, web development and marketing solutions to the financial services, entertainment, technology and recruiting/staffing industries.
In 1999, Darren created ElectroMail, the first enterprise-grade video email marketing platform, which enabled businesses to accelerate the sales cycle and marketing initiatives through high-touch video communications and interactive. With a diverse creative background ranging from album music production, radio and television broadcasting, to web development with rich media integration, Darren has been featured in The Dallas Morning News, NBC, Adweek, B2B Magazine, Incentive Magazine and Odwyers PR Daily, Fordyce Letter, Career Advisor ExecuNet and more.
Darren and his wife reside in Frisco, Texas with several rescued pets. His family is active in community and charitable organizations including the Kaye/Bassman Foundation, Operation Kindness, Frisco Humane Societyand Habitat for Humanity for North Collin County, Texas. He enjoys family, helping veterans, golf, mixed martial arts, music, movies and vintage automobiles.
Senior Director of Client Services
Ita is a Senior Director of Client Services for Next Level Exchange/Mastery. She joined the NLE team in 2013 from Kaye/Bassman International’s Insurance u0026amp; Risk Management practice. A high-level client concierge in practice, she is responsible for delivering strategic and operational solutions and implementing goals and objectives with our clients. She consults with clients on development and planning of learning programs and marketing initiatives to encourage greater participation and buy-in on client teams. As a Lumina facilitator, Ita is passionate about sharing an innovative psychometric tool with our clients to bring a greater self-awareness and practical development to our industry and improve communication, efficiency, teamwork and leadership. She believes building a successful brand and organization is not just about sales, marketing and leadership; it’s about having the right internal processes, programs and learning opportunities in place to support each initiative and team member.
While capitalizing on her recruiting and event management background she keeps an eye on professional relationships and organizational culture as a result of her early experiences. Before joining Next Level Mastery, Ita managed marketing and communication programs, continued education programs, fundraising program development for non-profit organizations and tradeshow exhibit design and staffing, event coordination and related marketing training. She kept her eye on strategic marketing/communication plans for multiple companies nationwide as well as recruiting and training staff on tradeshow/marketing programs and how to maximize the footprint in their markets.
Ita attended Southeastern Oklahoma State University where, as a member of Tri Sigma national sorority, she developed a passion for philanthropy. She is an active volunteer within the community and charitable organizations with a passion for travel, music and her family.
